In March 2023 as a highlight on my expertise level on hotel distribution, I was invited by Triptease as an official speaker for their Direct Booking Summit celebrated in BKK at the Siam Kempinski Hotel for an exciting venue where more than 170 hoteliers were present to discuss provoking and exciting topics such as technology on hospitality, revenue practices, marketing techniques and hotel distribution, among others.
I had the pleasure to speak in front of such knowledgeable crowd on the optimal techniques on how to navigate your ownerships and approaches towards OTA's, B2B players and rest of segments.
On this 20 min eye opening session, I elaborated deeper into the tricky landscape from best to worst scenario of % market segmentation, specific cases on tricky distribution situations with OTAs, B2B, Corporate, Direct and offline partners and how to effectively navigate them, make the most out of your partnerships and ultimately drawing a clear map on how they interact with each other.
